    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using bayareamotorevents.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    2. The Service

    Bay Area Motor Events is a community directory of car shows, meets, cruises, and automotive classified ads in the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide the platform; we do not organize, host, or guarantee any listed event or transaction.

    3. Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

    4. Event Submissions

    You may submit events for inclusion on the Site. Submissions must be accurate and for legitimate automotive gatherings open to the public or to a defined community. We review submissions and may edit, decline, or remove them at our discretion.

    5. Classified Ads

    • Ads are paid listings subject to review and approval before going live.
    • You must own the right to sell the listed item and provide an honest description.
    • Prohibited content: stolen vehicles, salvage misrepresentation, illegal modifications, weapons, or anything unlawful.
    • We may reject, edit, or remove any ad at our discretion. If an ad is rejected before approval, payment authorization will be voided.
    • Approved ads run for the listed duration and then expire automatically.

    6. Payments & Refunds

    Payments are processed by Stripe. Once an ad is approved and published, fees are non-refundable. If an ad is rejected, the pre-authorization is released and you are not charged. Discount codes are subject to their stated terms.

    7. User Content

    You retain ownership of content you submit (text, photos). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related promotional contexts.

    8. Disclaimers

    The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Event details, dates, and locations may change without notice. We do not verify the condition, ownership, or legality of items listed in classified ads. You interact with other users and attend events at your own risk.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bay Area Motor Events and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, attendance at any listed event, or any transaction between users.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Site or its users.

    11. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
