Account information. When you create an account or post a classified ad, we collect your email address, first name, and optionally a phone number.
Submissions. Event submissions and classified ad content (titles, descriptions, photos, contact preferences) you voluntarily provide.
Payment information. Payments for classified ads are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we only retain a payment reference and amount.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Lovable Analytics to collect anonymized data about visits, pages viewed, device type, and approximate location (country level).
Cookies. We use cookies for authentication sessions and basic analytics.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the Site and display car shows, events, and classified ads.
To process payments for paid classified listings.
To send transactional emails (account verification, ad approval/rejection, receipts).
To moderate submissions and prevent abuse.
To improve the Site and understand usage patterns.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site, including Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google Analytics. Information you choose to publish in a classified ad (such as a contact email or phone number, when you opt in) will be visible to other Site visitors.

5. Data Retention

Account and ad data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Expired classified ads may be retained for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact below).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email us to exercise any of these rights. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email we send.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
